- You can return or exchange unworn and undamaged products within 30 business days of receiving your original order. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment only after the goods are received back to SHELL YAELL. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded with store credit only after the goods are received back to SHELL YAELL. Made to order items can be canceled within 24 hours. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

- Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SHELL YAELL. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

- Your original receipt or packing slip from SHELL YAELL must accompany the returned goods.

- Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
